Applied Behavior Analysis, built around your child
At Helping Hands Behavioral and Family Services, we provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Every treatment program is tailored to each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals - promoting meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.
Where we begin
Comprehensive Behavioral Assessment
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child's strengths, skill deficits, behavioral needs, and the factors influencing behavior.
Assessment results are used to develop individualized treatment plans that are medically necessary and focused on meaningful, real-world outcomes.

The core of care
Individualized ABA Therapy
One-on-one ABA therapy is delivered by highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
Treatment focuses on reducing behaviors that interfere with learning while teaching functional skills that increase independence and improve quality of life.
Reducing what gets in the way of learning
Evidence-based interventions are designed to safely decrease challenging behaviors, including:
Aggression
Self-injurious behavior
Elopement (wandering)
Tantrums
Property destruction
Noncompliance
Self-stimulatory behaviors (stereotypy)
Building skills for everyday life
Individualized teaching programs help children develop essential life skills, including:
Functional communication
Social and play skills
Daily living and self-care skills
Functional communication training (FCT)
Following directions
Transitioning between activities
Waiting and delayed reinforcement
Accepting "no"
Emotional and behavioral self-regulation
School readiness and classroom participation

Community skills
Parent & Caregiver Training
Families are an essential part of successful treatment. We provide individualized caregiver training to teach practical ABA strategies that promote consistency across environments, improve behavior management, strengthen communication, and support skill generalization in everyday routines.

School Consultation & Collaboration
Our clinical team collaborates with teachers, school personnel, and other professionals to promote consistency across environments, improve classroom success, support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and increase functional participation at school.
BCBA Supervision & Ongoing Monitoring
Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide ongoing supervision of treatment, analyze each child's progress, and update goals based on data - ensuring treatment integrity and making clinical adjustments to maximize outcomes.
A connected team
